How to order

 

Shopping with Psylins could not be easier.  Simply browse our online store and add items to the shopping cart.   When you have finished shopping, simply check out and fill in a few details which we require to fulfil your order.

 

Payment

 

We accept most major credit/debit cards which are processed securely via Worldpay part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, using SSL Encryption.  None of your credit card details are stored on our website.

 

We also offer Paypal as an alternative payment method.

 

Shipping & handling

 

All orders placed before 4pm are processed the same working day.  Most products are in stock, but we do occasionally run out of fast selling items.  Out of stock items are usually available for dispatch within a few days.  If an out of stock item is unavailable within this time, it will be placed on back order and may take 10-14 days for dispatch.  Under these circumstances, we will contact you and give the option to cancel your order.

 

Postage rates are calculated automatically depending on weight.  Royal Mail is used for small items and a courier is used for heavier orders.  

 

Returns

 

All purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as they were received.
